Gift Cards
Valley Mall has partnered with American Express to offer the exclusive Valley Mall Gift Card. The Valley Mall Gift Card is a prepaid, non-reloadable Gift Card. Gift cards can be purchased for any amount between $20 and $300 at Guest Services. The mall office is located upstairs at the north end of the food court, next to the Military Recruiting Offices. The cards can be replaced if lost or stolen and are accepted at retail, restaurant and service establishments that welcome the American Express Card within Valley Mall, Valley Mall Plaza and Valley Mall Annex.

Where can I use my Valley Mall Gift Card?
The Valley Mall Gift Card is accepted at retail, restaurant and service establishments that welcome the American Express Card within Valley Mall, Valley Mall Plaza and Valley Mall Annex.
How do I know how much value my gift card has?
You may check the balance of your Valley Mall Gift Card by calling the 800 number on the back of the card, visiting Valley Mall's customer service center or by clicking here.
What do I do if my mall gift card is lost or stolen?
Contact American Express at 1.800.314.2729 immediately. You must know the card number and have an original receipt to be issued a replacement card. Card funds will only be replaced for the amount still remaining on the mall card as of the time American Express is notified of the loss with proof of purchase. A $5.95 replacement Card fee will be charged to replace a lost or stolen mall gift card, subject to applicable law.
The "valid thru date" on my card shows that it has expired, but I still have funds left on the card, what do I do?
Although the plastic card itself expires, the remaining funds do not. Bring the card and the original receipt to the customer service center at Valley Mall and we'll issue you another mall gift card for the remaining funds left on the card.
Is there a service fee on my mall gift card?
Yes. We encourage you to use your mall gift card soon! While you may leave a balance on the card as long as you wish, starting 366 days after the date your mall gift card was purchased, and subject to applicable law, American Express will deduct a monthly service fee of $2.00 from your Available Funds.
I need to return something I purchased using my Valley Mall Gift Card, what do I need to do?
If you wish to return any merchandise purchased with the Valley Mall Gift Card, the return is subject to the merchant's return policies. Merchant's may process the return as a credit to the mall gift card, issue a store credit or cash refund. If the merchant issues a credit to the mall gift card, such funds may not be immediately available for spending, but will generally be available within three to seven days.
